Head-to-head: Manifold vs Physical Intelligence on identical hardware

We ran a direct comparison using identical hardware: a UR5e robotic arm with the same effector and sensors. Manifold achieved 98% accuracy versus Physical Intelligence's 14% in the same scenario. Manifold operated zero-shot with no training, while PI's software had the benefit of training and simulation.

The outcome is not a matter of training or sensors. It is calculated physics precision versus guessing via pattern-matching.
